How will I market your home?

    I am computer and Internet savvy and your home will appear on this website and will be placed into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with photo tours and/or virtual tours. Gorgeous color brochures will be placed at the home as well as advertising in local and regional print media and targeted direct mailings. Your property will also appear on both the Prudential California Realty’s Website and is automatically downloaded to the "Realtor.com” site. In addition, a Broker caravan will be held initially when I list your home and target my marketing to the other successful Realtors at my brokerage and all other brokers. These people work with tons of homebuyers thereby increasing your active sales force. I will pitch your property at the weekly caravan meetings and office meetings. I will hold open houses at your home to bring potential buyers to your property.

What will be my recommendations to you prior to market?

    First impressions count! From the moment someone approaches your home, having excellent curb appeal will excite any potential buyer even more. Take a good unbiased look at your home and ask yourself if you have a well groomed yard? Does it require any replanting of color spots? Is the exterior in good shape and clean or does it require re-stucco or a power wash? When on the inside, eliminate any clutter and depersonalize by removing excessive family photos. Does the inside require painting? Are the carpets worn and require replacement? Let the sunshine in! Open all the drapes, turn on lights, play some soft music and in the rear yard keep the pool clean. The Realtors spin on that old adage... if it's broken, fix it!
